Hi I'm Ryan M. L.

I am a 16 year old teen, but i know that The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints is the true church restored by Joseph S.

About Me

Im a 16 year old teen who goes to church passes the sacrament, blesses the sacrament, does my home-teaching, and sometimes gets it mixed up with visiting-teaching.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born Mormon, born into a family of Mormons and grew up with Mormons. Aside from that fact i probably wouldn't be a member of The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints if I hadn't taken the time when i was 5 years old to pray and ask my Heavenly Father about the church I was going to.

How I live my faith

I love worthily going to the temple, passing the sacrament, and now that i am 16 blessing the sacrament, preparing for a mission, serving, and eventually marrying in a temple.

What do Mormons believe about family?

Ryan M. L.
Mormons believe that a family is essential to salvation. Divorce is only in extreme cases, it is only extreme because of the eternal bonds you have with that person. "Family members who accept the Atonement of Jesus Christ and follow His example can be together forever through sacred ordinances performed in God’s holy temples. Jesus gave to Peter the power to have things sealed on earth and sealed in heaven (Matthew 16:19). This same sealing power was restored to Joseph Smith. Mormon’s believe that they can be “sealed” or bound together through His power enabling them to live together in eternity."Once married in a temple you are bound together with that person for "Time and all Eternity" not "at Death do we part". This means that if a loved one dies you will be able to see them again. " Show more Show less
