Hi I'm Madi

I grew up in Utah. I played college soccer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to read and explore nature. I'm going to college with the goal of becoming a high school history teacher and soccer coach. I grew up playing soccer and basketball and I played college soccer. I am an animal lover! To me there is no such thing as having too many dogs! My friends and family are very important to me and I love spending time with them.

Why I am a Mormon

The gospel of Jesus Christ means the world to me. I have experienced depression for years and it has given me hope when everything felt hopeless. I have learned for myself that God lives and that he is our loving Heavenly Father and that when we are going through trails he is aware of our needs. I know that when we humble ourselves and pray to him with a sincere heart he will answer our prayers and give us blessings that we stand in need of. I know that the trials we go through have a purpose. They teach us to turn to God for help, as well as teaching us compassion toward others who are struggling. I know that the atonement of Jesus Christ is real and that it offers a chance to leave behind the sins and mistakes of our past as we accept Christ's invitation to follow him. I have found in my life that as I live the teachings of the gospel I am happier and find peace in the midst of a chaotic world.

How I live my faith

In my local ward I taught sunday school, as well as classes about the teachings of the prophets specifically for the women in the ward.
