Hi I'm Geri Soleta

I'm from Brooklyn, New York, enjoy painting, and music. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student currently attending Brigham Young University. I was born in the church and currently serving a mission. I am your typical and predictable Mormon. However, although I do everything most Mormons would do, it doesn't bother me because my reasons and purpose for doing everything is unique to me and my personal growth. I live by the theory that we all may have similar circumstances, but since we are children of God, created and born with unique and differing personalities, our experiences are unique to us because of how we internalize each learning experience. I don't to try to be my own character because God will never make two of the same person. We are all created differently with a special and unique purpose.

Why I am a Mormon

The church has guided me my entire life. I may have been born and raised in the church, but I still needed to gain a testimony of the church on my own. Through lots of praying and reading the scriptures, I had strengthen my relationship with my Heavenly Father And Jesus Christ. Because of this strengthened relationship, I was able to receive and adhere easier to the answer to my prayers. My testimony did not come over night. It was a process of patience and truly trusting in the Lord.

How I live my faith

I was recently called to serve a full time mission, to share God's great plan of happiness to His children. He has such a great and marvelous work to be done and I am honored to be able to participate and bring joy to people upon hearing the true and restored gospel of Jesus Christ.
