Hi I'm Cooper McLaren

I grew up in Ketchikan, Alaska. I love to play and watch football. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to play sports. I also love to be outdoors doing whatever, but I would mainly fish. I grew up in the church and have gone to church my whole life.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church and have always been a member of the church. I have been going to church for as long as I can remember. For awhile I just heard my parent's testimonies and believed in the church because they did. As I got older I began to develop my own testimony. My testimony didn't come in one big moment where I just knew the church was true. As I continued to grow up my testimony grew through little everyday events that strengthened my testimony. I believe that I knew the church was true the whole time but I just needed to strengthen it through my own experiences.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by being an active member in my community. I try to share the gospel through my example and how I act towards or around others. I am an active home teacher and am also active in my church callings. I am an Eagle Scout and also try to impact the community in that regard.
