Hi I'm Elayna Weston

I'm a daughter, a sister, a dancer, a golfer, a singer, a scholar, a hiker, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I love being involved in anything I can get involved in. I picked up golf at a young age from my father and went on to play all four years in high school. I've always loved dance. I started dancing when I was about three, and although my favorite styles have changed throughout the years I know that dancing is something I will always do though out my life. I hike whenever I get the chance. Being outside in fresh air and looking at the beauty of Gods creation all around you has to be one of the healthiest things you can do. I plan to hike for as long as my legs allow me. Aside from these three major things, I love to sing, sketch, paint, rollerblade, waterski, swim, play cards, make cookies, watch movies, create forts, write letters, drink hot coco, travel, journal, chat, etc. Life is an awfully big adventure if you allow it to be.

Why I am a Mormon

I have a Heavenly Father that loves me and guides me on a path through life that He created specifically for me. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints helps me fulfill my purpose on that path through the opportunities, leadership, and community it provides for me. I was not always a Mormon, but as soon as I began reading the Lord's scriptures and following a prophet that is guided by the Lord today, I knew this church was complete in everything Christ wants for His children.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by fulfilling my purpose as a missionary. I've been called to serve in the Korea, Daejeon mission and will be there from January 2015- June 2016. The purpose of missionaries is to invite others unto Christ. We all have the opportunity to do this every day, by being charitable in love to everyone we encounter.
