Hi I'm Max

I grew up in the good ole' town of Orangevale, California. My future lies in film and the Gospel and family. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to write scripts and storyboards for movies and then film them with my friends. Church choir is an awesome way too further feel the spirit on Sundays. My sport of choice is cross country, and I recently got into gardening. The Gospel, however, takes precedence above all else, and my family.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Gospel family, my father being a recent convert, but my mother having grown up in the Church. I basically learned about Gospel principles from them and Church, was baptized at age eight, recieved the priesthood at age 12, and now am 17 and am preparing to serve a mission. Throughout my teenage years, seeing crazy things and struggling often myself with various life obstacles, I always found joy again in Christ and prayer and family. The Gospel of the Latter-Day Saints was my light, my inspiration to become and endure, and so I am dedicated and bound to it. Nothing else in this world is worth living for. It is true, and I have a fervent testimony of it.

How I live my faith

Back in my home ward I served in Deacons, Teachers, and Priests Quorum presidencies, which callings all helped me grow spiritually. I seek opportunities to serve in the Church or my community, and strive to be a Christlike person, full of love and kindness to every person. I'm not the best--I daily do things I regret, but the Atonement and the grace of God grant me peace through a penitent heart.
