Hi I'm Michelle

I grew up in California. I play the bassoon. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a mother of 4 kids with 1 on the way. I love music and got a minor in music in college. I play the piano, flute, bassoon, and percussion. I majored in Psychology. I like to sew, bake, and decorate cakes. I was married while still attending college. My husband had gone through Medical School and is currently finishing his last year of training as a Fellow in Ophthalmology.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I believe in the Book of Mormon. I also know that there is a living prophet today and that our Heavenly Father still wants to communicate with us while we are here on earth. I was born into a family who were members of the church and have gained my own testimony of the truthfulness of the gospel. I have seen the blessings of following the Prophet and the scriptures in my own life as well as in the lives of those around me. As I have been teaching my children from the scriptures and the teachings of the prophets I have felt His spirit in my home and have been amazed to see them grow and gain their own testimonies of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon and the Bible.

How I live my faith

I like to volunteer in my community by helping at my children's school. I am very active in church. I currently play piano for the kids while they practice singing in church. I also help serve those around me by bringing meals to those who are sick or otherwise needing some extra help.
