Hi I'm Latricia

I am from New Mexico, I am Navajo, I love the sun and I am Mormon.

About Me

I am currently serving in the California Rancho Cucamonga Mission. Before my mission I was attending the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. For fun basketball was life, hiking in Colorado was a regular and spending time with family was my favorite.

Why I am a Mormon

One day missionaries came to our home and started teaching us the Gospel. Once I watched the Restoration video I started listening more and feeling the Spirit testify to me of the truth. Then I got baptized at 13. I fell away for awhile but came back thanks to missionaries again! Conversion is a life long process for sure. Being Mormon brings so much happiness to my life I am glad to be one.

How I live my faith

I do my best to live by faith and not by sight. I also study faith so often so that I can keep learning what I need to do.

Why is family so important to Mormons?

Latricia
Families are so essential in this life and the next! I love my family so much! As I got older I realized how important they are and how they helped shape and guide me into the woman I am today. They are not perfect but having them is so amazing. Not only my family at home but my ward family. They both help me, guide me, love me, make me laugh, be there when I am struggling and are there always. God gave us families so we wouldn't be alone and so that we could get through this life together. Show more Show less
