I grew up in a town called Sittingbourne in England, I love my sports & exercise I also love my books, films, games.I'm a Mormon

About Me

Hey I'm Tim I finished my A-levels just before the summer , I just try and enjoy everything life but life is what you make it. I love my food my parents would definitely agree with that one considering the amount I eat probably my friends too, I am not picky with my food.I'd say my favourite food is most things with Chicken in it I would say all foods with chicken in it but I don't like KFC. I enjoy my music, I like a variety of music so I don't have a favourite genre, people are generally surprised at what I listen to because they think I would not be that sort of person to listen to that. I am not the biggest fan of heights even though I don't mind being on an airplane and I have done mountain climbing before strange I know haha. I enjoy hanging out with my friends and family as they are so important to me and I enjoy travelling with them as it can create some wonderful and crazy memories. my family are absolutely hilarious and nuts but I love them for who they are and I love know that they're always there for me, I am the youngest of 4 so I have 3 siblings I also 2 sister-in-laws and 1 brother-in-law and 3 nieces. I absolutely love my sport & exercise I generally go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week, I cycle to work and I play football once a week but then I also love my books, films and games which surprises people :') Once I return from my mission I am looking to go to University and study Physiotherapy as I want to become a physiotherapist

Why I am a Mormon

I have always gone to church but then a few years ago I went through a real rebellious stage which then weakened my testimony at that point but then I realised it wasn't all worth it as it didn't feel right and I'd rather be doing better things and I came back and I started going to YSA activities and then I started to realise why I went to church before I went through that rebellious stage and everything which strengthened my testimony. what I realised was that the gospel offers you so much more than the worldly things not only does our Heavenly Father love us unconditionally and he always will, he will always care for us and he is full of forgiveness. after my brother and dad had repeatedly had told me if you put the Lord first things will happen and well when I had properly decided to go on a mission that is exactly what happened I have had so many blessings from that choice and I can easily that has been the best I have ever made in my life so far because of all the blessings I have received from it. I know the church is true, I know that Heavenly Father is real and is there as he loves us unconditionally, he always will and I know that he cares for us and I know that he looks after us as he has certainly looked after me by giving me the family and friends that I need to keep me strong. I know that Jesus Christ died for us so that we can return to our Heavenly Father one day as without him we wouldn't be where we are now. I know that Joseph Smith restored the true church back to this earth and I know that he translated the Book of Mormon as we wouldn't be where we are now and I know that the Book of Mormon is true and can bring us closer to our Heavenly Father as without it we wouldn't be where we are now. I love the gospel. My testimony means everything to me.

How I live my faith

I attend church weekly and go to the temple as often as I can as it is such a beautiful place to go. I try and do the callings I have been to called to and I love the callings I have. My favourite part of church was youth as that is where my testimony started but then I came up into YSA and that strengthened my testimony of the church and as I have felt so loved so that has what kept it. What I have learned and realised is that prayers are real and they do get answered as that is our personal time with our Heavenly Father and he loves us unconditionally, he is always listening. I am far from perfect, but I strive to be and the way that I do that is by knowing who I am and also by helping and serving others as much as I can and then once we appreciate what we have and use it wisely we will truly be blessed.
