Hi I'm Hanna

I was born and raised in the small town of Kingman, Arizona. I'm going on a mission to Canada on Nov. 19, 2014! I'm a Mormon.

About Me

My name is Hanna and I was born and raised in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am currently preparing for my mission to Toronto, Canada and I leave November 19, 2014. I plan on going to school to be a physical therapist assistant. I played basketball in high school and playing basketball is what led me to choose what I wanted to do for my future. I love my family and my friends and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. My parents always got me ready for church and I just went because they went. As I got older, I wanted to know for myself if this was the true church, just as Joseph Smith did. I knelt down one night and prayed and asked my Father in Heaven if this was the true church. I felt in my heart and I knew from my Father in Heaven that this was the true church. I know He is their to answer our prayers. We can to Him for anything and He will be there for us. I am so thankful for this gospel in my life, it has given me blessings and helped me live righteously, and I know I am never alone.

How I live my faith

The church has many activities and leadership positions. I have a calling in the nursery. I take care of the little kids while their parents go to classes on Sundays. It is very fun and has taught me so much. I've learned how to be patient and how to be kind and understand the children. It has given me insight on what is like to be a mother and has helped me grow and develop talents that I can use when I am a mother.
