Hi I'm Morgan

I love camping and adventuring. I'm a student. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've gone to college in Utah for 3 semesters, so I'm currently a sophomore. I'm majoring in pre-nursing, and wherever I end up in life I know I want to do something where I can help people. I love staying up late, riding motorized couches, running (so I can eat ice cream), drawing, smiling, roller blading the streets with my roommates, attempting to play the guitar, and going on weekend camping trips to southern Utah. I think that life is meant to be enjoyed. I believe in working hard and being kind, all while having fun.

Why I am a Mormon

I may have been born in the church, but I’ve still had to struggle to gain my own testimony and become truly converted. Two years ago I wouldn’t have thought I’d ever be able to say that I know these things, but I really do have a testimony of this gospel. I have read the Book of Mormon and asked God if it is true. I know that it is. I know God loves all of us because I have felt his love. I know that we will be blessed as we cling to what we know because my life is even more blessed as I center my life around Christ. I know that if we ask God a question he will always answer, even if it’s not in the timing that we want, because my questions have been answered. I know that there is a living prophet today who speaks with God and gives us the guidance that we need. I know that we can be forgiven and made clean through the Atonement. It doesn’t matter what you did or how long it’s been, you can be forgiven. The power of the Atonement is so real; I know because I’ve experienced it in my own life. I’ve gotten to the point where I cannot and will not deny God in the details of my life. I believe that I will be held accountable for all the things that I know, and that I have an obligation to share my blessings with others.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by trying to see the best in others. I've always appreciated people who were kind to me, and I want to help the people around me reach their full potential. We all have so much good inside of us and I believe that this gospel helps us magnify our strengths. I have come to know my Savior Jesus Christ, and I know that he wants us to bring out the best in each other. I believe in the power of being a friend.
