Hi I'm Jax

I'm an intellectual, a video gamer, a gymnast, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

I consider myself a bit of a philosopher. I'm always questioning the status quo, and diving deeper into people's thoughts and what they believe is true. I'm a high school graduate. I spend most of my week working at a fast food restaurant, and if I'm not working, I'm spending my time watching television online or playing video games. I love music.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been taught my whole life about how much Christ loves me. Because of my inquisitive nature, I always questioned whether what I was being taught was true. When I started Middle School, I experienced my religion in a whole new light. At home, my religion was more about how to live, what not to do, what I should be doing; Outside of the home, I was pushed to find out by all the different ways to live life, which of them would bring me the most happiness and fulfillment. I prayed to my Creator and asked him if the Mormon religion was the one that would give me the most purpose in life. Would it be the one that I could have a family and children that would love each other? Would I regret any of the countless hours of service? Would I regret giving two years of my life to love the people of the world? The answer came to me in the form of comfort and love. I would never regret helping someone in need. I would never regret committing myself to Christ. My family would be forever. I would always be able to be comforted. At that moment I knew, I want to be a Mormon.

How I live my faith

I go to church every Sunday. I try to read the scriptures every day. I pray to our Heavenly Father every morning, night, and before every meal. I try to show my convictions by the way I live. I try to serve others in every way I can to show how the light of Christ has made a difference in my life, and how it can make a difference in theirs. I am currently preparing to serve a full time Mission to teach the people of the world of the love of Christ. I'm excited to show my service in diverse places in the world.
