Hi I'm Jessica

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

Hi! My name is Jessica, I'm a junior in high school. I'm on the badminton team, love to read, and like chocolate ice cream.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into this church, but I have made the choice to stay. I love this church so much, and I love sharing it with people! This church teaches high standards to live by, and I am so glad for these standards, as outlined in the For the Strength of Youth (if you don't know what this is, just put it in the search box), because they've really given me a direction in many of the hardest choices I will have to make. I am also so grateful for the Book of Mormon! Reading it has strengthened my testimony of Christ and of the gospel so much. When I read it and think of the people who wrote it so long ago I feel so blessed that these records were saved for us so that today, we can read them and learn of Christ too.

How I live my faith

At church, I have the calling of first counselor in the laurels class presidency (the laurels are girls ages 16-18). This means I help plan activities for the other girls and sometimes the boys in my ward. It also means that I love and support the other laurels in my class and serve them in any way I can.
