Hi I'm Terry

I am a native of Tucson, Arizona and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I grew up in a family where my mother was a Protestant and my father was LDS. I would go to one church one Sunday and the other church the following one. My mother joined the LDS Church and I followed her example. At this point in my life, I am a proud grandfather and retired after a career in vocational rehabilitation, human resources, and teacher education.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I originally was baptized into the LDS Church based on the example of my mother, I eventually had to gain my own testimony. Perhaps the pivotal point in my life was when I attended a General Conference of the Church when I was 13 years old. At that time I had the opportunity to see the President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in person and through the influence of the Holy Ghost I received a witness that indeed he was the Lord's annointed Prophet. Since that time many years ago, my testimony has grown and I have the desire to help others to receive the blessings that I have received as a member of the Church

How I live my faith

Over the course of my life, I have had the opportunity to serve in a number of capacities in the Church including being a teacher with children, youth, and adults. I have always enjoyed my Church callings and especially being able to help others.
