Hi I'm Joseph

I was born in California, but was raised in Colorado and have moved with my family 5 times in total. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm not the most social of people, but I do like to be around others. I love to play video games, watch anime and cartoons, and read books, including comics. If you ask me for my favorite anything you probably won't get a response because I like too many things to pick one or even ten. I'm not in college yet, but I hope to major in mathematics and minor in art when I do go. Thanks to my parents I've had the pleasure of traveling to quite a few different places in Europe and North America. My mom is American and my dad is German so I have the awesome privilege of being a citizen of both Germany and the United States.

Why I am a Mormon

My reason for continuing to live the gospel is because I know that it is true and that by following the gospel I will not only experience true happiness but eternal happiness. I know that this church is true and that the teachings are as well, and I know that God does have a plan for us so that families can be together again for all eternity and so we may all have the chance to enter again into his presence. I'm grateful for the Church's influence on my life and for the knowledge and understanding I have had the chance to receive, these are things that I will love and treasure all of my life and would never give up for anything.

How I live my faith

Currently I am preparing to serve my mission, so that I can spread the truthfulness of the gospel to those I teach. It is something I have been looking forward to doing my entire life, and I cannot wait to spread the joy the gospel and this church has brought me in my life. Part of this joy came from participating in youth activities, I wasn't always thrilled to go, but I never regretted my participation. Another thing I loved was the time spent providing service for others, from helping families move to helping people with their yards it was always great to know that you helped somebody out during their time of need.
