Hi I'm Brianna

I'm a singer, a synchronized swimmer, and I'm a mormon.

About Me

Both my parents are converts to the church. I was born and raised in Oregon, but have moved all over the state as well in Reno, Nevada. I'm both a country girl and a city girl. I LOVE to sing! If I had to pick an element it most definitely would be water. I love swimming, jet skiing, water tubing, you name it! I love being outdoors. Camping and skiing are things I love to do with my family. I believe in laughing, hugs, getting dirty, having fun, and being yourself. I am currently serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the New Hampshire Manchester Mission 2014-2016!!

Why I am a Mormon

I've been a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints my entire life and yet I still had to learn for myself if this was something I wanted to continue living as I got older. I didn't have a specific moment when all at once I was converted, it happened gradually over time. Little by little my faith and testimony grew when I took it upon myself to act. When I prayed, read the scriptures, listened to the prophets, obeyed my parents, and heeded the Holy Ghost's promptings I learned for myself that His gospel is true. And that is why I cannot deny it. I have chosen to live it everyday of my life and implement it into my future family. I've been so happy with the gospel in my life and I wouldn't be the person I am today without it!

How I live my faith

I think one of the best ways I live and show my faith is by being a good person. Jesus Christ loved everyone. I try and be a friend to everyone I meet. I try to share my talents to uplift and encourage others as well as to build up the kingdom of God. Visiting teaching is one of the most rewarding things I do. It allows me to become friends with various women of the church and gives me opportunities to serve. Now I am leaving home to serve as a full time missionary in the Manchester New Hampshire Mission!

What do Mormons believe about “eternal life?”

Eternal life is something that everyone has an opportunity to recieve. We all were born on earth so that we could recieve mortal bodies and be tested. Once we are resurrected, we will be judged and then rewarded according to our works in this life. We are all Heavenly Father's children he wants us to return to him and become as He is. Those who are worthy to return to the presence of Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ will receive all that the Father has and will be with Him and their families for eternity. Show more Show less
