Hi I'm Zed

I love music, foreign languages, and friends. I'm a full-time missionary in Finland, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I studied Computer Science at college for a year, and I love it. My hobbies include, but are not limited to, running, playing video games, playing and listening to all kinds of music, and watching movies with my friends. I'm currently serving a full-time mission for the Church in Helsinki, Finland, and I'm loving it!

Why I am a Mormon

I grew up Mormon, which is obviously a big contributor to my current faith, but especially over the last year that I was at college I've had to really discover my own testimony. Being away from home and making mistakes really has helped me to see that Christ really paid for my sins and I can be saved because of it. It makes me really appreciate that I grew up with the Gospel in my home, with parents who have their own testimonies.

How I live my faith

Right now, I'm in Finland as a missionary, and I'm loving sharing the Gospel here! I taught a class of 9-10 year olds in my ward (congregation) and it is a blast! The kids always surprised me with how much they know about the scriptures. We learned about the Old Testament this year and they know a lot about it, and I learned a lot teaching them. I was also Home Teaching companions with my dad, and it was a really fun experience to go to other members' homes to just visit with them and see how they're doing.
