Hi I'm Randy Farnsworth

I live in West Weber, Utah, just outside of Ogden, Utah. I love to work or play in the out of doors. I'm a Mormon

About Me

I was raised in an in-active LDS family, but with the examples of those around me I found my way into church activity. I served for 4 years in the Unidted States Airforce as a Security Policeman. I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, golfing, camping and hiking.

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because I have a testimony of the Lord, Jesus Christ and His love for us. I understand the plan of salvation and what it means to me and my family. I am indebted to Him for his atonement and sacrifice on my behalf. I also know that the joy and love I have inside of me is ment to be shared with others who may need to have those same feelings in their life. By being a Mormon and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints I have many opportunities to share these feelings and the Gospel with others.

How I live my faith

I currently serve as a Gospel Doctrine Sunday School Teacher and Home Teacher. My previous callings have been as a Varsity Scout Leader, in an Elders Quorum Presidency, Primany Teacher, Ward Mission Leader, Counselor in Stake Mission Presidency, Priest Quorum Advisor and Guest Service Missionary. My wife and I have now been called to serve as Missionaries in the South Africa Cape Town Mission and excited to serve the Lord in this calling.
