Hi I'm Eddie Tomui

I was born and raised in Otara South Auckland New Zealand, I love being a MORMON and I Belong to the Church of JESUS CHRIST of LDS

About Me

I am a NZ born Samoan, with a mix of Tongan, and Chinese ancestry, much like Nephi, I too was born of goodly parents, who I love and will be forever in debted to, I grew up in the beautiful city of Sth Auckland, OTARA, and attended Hillary and Otahuhu college as well as post high school education with Weltec and Manukau Polytechnic, studying contruction and community and social work. I am happily sealed to my beautiful polynesian queen and continue to enjoy our journey in this life and still counting.... we have a beautiful handsome son. We now reside in Brisbane QLD. I have worked in the Social, Youth, Disability and community sector for the past several years and continue to work in the youth disability industry to this day. I love Rugby, rugby league, basketball, eating good food especially NZ food and mums cooking, i love going to the beach or wherever theres water, body boarding, board games, attending church and church functions and activities, Mostly I enjoy spending quality and fun times with family and friends.

Why I am a Mormon

SIMPLY because it makes my family and I happy and its not a temporal happiness either, its an eternal peace of mind, its REAL and I cannot deny the wonderful experiences and feelings that I continue to feel as a member of the MORMON faith or The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter day saints.

How I live my faith

I have fulfillment in my current employment working closely with People with a Disability, knowing that they are special spirits of our Heavenly Father helps me to care for them in a way that the Saviour Jesus Christ would. In my calling, I try to serve my fellowmen with all that I have and know the importance of building positive relationships of trust with others, Being a Mormon for me, means living a life that emulates the charactersitics of the Saviour himself and although I am far from perfect, I know that the Lord is there to lead me in the right direction if I am committed to getting on my knees and asking for his guidance and patience everyday.
