Hi I'm Eric

I enjoy good music, food, and conversation. I have always worked hard at my education. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I have grown up in both Georgia and Alabama. I have an associates degree in Biology, and use to be in marching band in high school. I have also been in boy scouts and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. I have a younger sister, and I also enjoy playing some video games in my free time. If I can get my hands on one, I also enjoy reading a good book.

Why I am a Mormon

Though i was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, as both of my parents were and still are members of this church as well, over the course of my life i have been able to notice and pick up on ways and times that God has blessed me and watched over me throughout my life. Even when times were tough for me or when some situations in my life seemed to take a bad turn, i have a testimony that he has always been there watching over me and not giving up on me. When i have turned to prayer and read the scriptures in both the Holy Bible and Book of Mormon during times that i have needed inspiration, comfort, or even strength, i have always found those things and have always felt like i have found my answer. Though in many ways it can be subtle, simple, or even rather plain ways that God has helped me in my life, i have gained a great appreciation for all that he has given me. Through prayer, scriptural study, and life experience, i have come to be aware of and very grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ, and have found for myself that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is indeed the true and restored church of our Lord and Savior upon this Earth in this day and age that is led by living and true modern day prophets who communicate with God. And the testimony and faith i have gained in all of these things are things in themselves that i will never deny (and feel that i cannot deny) throughout the rest of the course of my life.

How I live my faith

I go to church, read the scriptures daily (which can be a source of strength and comfort at times), go home teaching with my father, go to other church meetings as i can, and enjoy listening to and reading the words of modern day prophets.
