Hi I'm Chelsea

I grew up in Utah. I went to school to become a dancer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

When I was growing up, my mom got me into figure skating and I competed and progressed until I went to college. I I went to college to dance and I became the president of the Ballroom Dance Company. I love Disney, Zebra Print, hot chocolate, musicals, Reeses, and anything that makes me laugh! love to sing, read, ice skate, play the piano, draw, laugh, act, sleep, eat, and dance. I don't like spiders, throwing up, or paper cuts.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the LDS Church and I always kind of knew it was true, but I never really bothered to find out. When I was around 15 or so, I finally decided I needed to decide for myself. I read the Book of Mormon and knelt down and prayed. I prayed that my Heavenly Father would just help me to know. I got the strongest feeling of peace and warmth come over me and I knew without a doubt that the LDS Church was true. A few years later I went to college and I began having problems. I wasn't living the church as I should have been and I didn't know if I had the courage to talk to my Bishop about my past. After months of struggling and thinking that I could fix it on my own, I finally broke down and cried and just prayed to my Heavenly Father and I told him everything and I knew he wanted me to talk to my Bishop. I waited about another month before I finally found the strength to talk with him. he was so understanding and so helpful and he helped me to see what I needed to fix in my life and I have now finally felt the peach and comfort that I am the person I need to be and that my Heavenly Father is proud of me. I now have a firm testimony about the atonement of Jesus Christ and a better understanding of his love for me. I know I'm not perfect, but I also know that we are not expected to be. I know that this is the true Church and that it is the best part of my life.

How I live my faith

I grew up in the LDS Church and I've had various callings. I was the President of the sixteen and seventeen year old girl group called Laurels. I have had the opportunity to teach various groups about different aspects of the gospel. I have been blessed with the talent to play the piano and I have had multiple opportunities to play for different occasion in the Church. I am currently preparing to serve a mission and I really enjoy my personal scripture study.
