Hi I'm Miranda

I'm a hairstylist, I am preparing to serve a mission, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a preppy and spontaneous 19 year old. I am the oldest of three siblings. Some things I absolutely love to do are sing and dance ( even though I'm not that great at dancing ) , shop, read, crafts, hair, and go on adventures. I recently graduated high school and hair school. Since I graduated hair school , I'm currently licensed as a hairstylist. Class of 2014 baby! I have celiac disease and severe scoliosis. I've had celiac disease since I was 11 years old, gluten free is my motto.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised into the church. My family moved a lot due to my dad's job, and every state we lived in my mom would always say " This is the true church ". I was so frustrated she kept telling me all these churches were true. I finally asked her which was the true church, because there was only one. She explained to me that the church buildings were different, but the gospel was true. I always relied on my parents testimony until a couple years ago. I was going through some trials and hard times. The only thing I knew that would truly help was praying. I prayed sincerely for long periods of time. Not long after, my prayers were heard. I was overcome by the spirit and knew the gospel was true for myself. My testimony builds every day.

How I live my faith

Before I graduated school, I had a couple responsibilities in the church. I led the music to our first hour songs, and I also was the president of a group of girls ages 16-18. After I graduated, I was released of those callings so I could attend the Young Single Adults ward. Men and women ages 18-30 attend. I'm preparing to serve a mission so I don't have any callings yet. I attend institute , which is a church class, to help me prepare for the mission and build my testimony.
