Hi I'm Peter

I am grew up in Utah, United States. I play and have for years. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am an 18 year old boy who loves playing piano and video games. I just barely graduated High School and enjoy not having school anymore. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister and have only lived in one house my entire life.

Why I am a Mormon

My family have been Mormons for generations. As I was young, I didn't really have a choice to not go to church with my parents, building my foundation early. When I was 8, I was baptized and officially joined the Church physically. I was converted spiritually in 9th grade in my seminary class, when I was challenged to read the entire Book of Mormon in a month. I had been reading it periodically with my family, but never read the entire thing. Reading it so quickly was great, and I felt the Holy Ghost testify to me that it was true, but I had barely read it. I took the next three months and studied the Book of Mormon as hard as a 14 year old boy could. It also helped me that I was playing songs from the Church's Songbook, which greatly helped my to understand and believe principles of the Gospel. Ever since then, I had my own testimony and have been faithful ever since, including graduating Seminary with my 4-year degree.

How I live my faith

Right now, my younger brother and I are the piano players for the Men. We switch off weeks playing the opening song. I am also serving an LDS Mission to Colombia to share my love of the Gospel to the people there. I did not pick where I am going, that was left to the leadership of the LDS Church.
