Hi I'm Keri

I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother, calligrapher, black belt and an adventurer. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a wife and mother of two girls, three boys and one son in law. I enjoy running, camping, hiking and basically anything outdoors. I love the sun! I love adventures and trying new things. I recently earned my black belt, and last year I figured since I live in Utah I had better learn to ski, so I did! I have recently started a blog about fashion and other stuff I love.

Why I am a Mormon

I am Mormon, because it brings me peace and guidance in an unsure world. I know that the keys of the Priesthood have been restored to this earth, so that we may have the fullness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am grateful that through these keys we can be together as families forever .I have battled depression throughout my life, and because I know that my Savior Jesus Christ came to this earth and suffered and died for me, not only can I be forgiven of my sins when I repent, but through the atonement I can be comforted and find peace, because only Jesus Christ completely understands how I feel. Through following God's commandments, I can be free to become the very best me.

How I live my faith

I love serving the youth in the church, and have worked with them for many years and in many capacities. When I served the young women, one of my favorite things was to go to girls camp. I think one of the main reasons is, that in nature, I can feel closest to my Heavenly Father and my Savior Jesus Christ. I also loved to see the beautiful young women grow closer to each other and their Savior in an environment where there are no distractions and everyone can see each others true beauty. Right now I teach the 15 year old youth. I have grown to love them so much, they are so strong and have so much faith. I think sometimes they teach me more than I teach them.
