Hi I'm Nicole

I am a wife, friend and mother. I love to create and have fun! I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love life and dancing randomly. I have a passion for good food-If you love your food, it will love you back! It is a dream to one day own my own restaurant and serve healthy tasty food that will make you glow from the inside-out. I spend a lot of time in my kitchen creating and connecting with food. I enjoy finding the positive in all things; life is not easy, but it should be enjoyed! I learn from others and good quotes inspire me. I am very enthusiastic and random. I love water and lemons. Water because I love to swim, teach others to swim and water is the best drink-EVER. Lemons because they are fabulous in so many things, refreshing and so good for you! I LOVE color. Every room in my house is s different color. Color radiates through me and around me. It makes me happy! Other things I love: Pushups, Spices, Vegetables, Sewing, Crafts-all sorts, Parties, Birthdays, Pictures, Sunlight, Beaches, Polka Dots, Nuts, Musicals, Good Music, Calendars, Cookbooks, Dancing...and so much more!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church. I have Mormon ancestor Pioneers that were the first to travel to the Salt Lake Valley. But I wasn't truly converted until my youth years. I would kneel in prayer and pray to my Heavenly Father. He testified things to me and I felt a burning in my heart of the truthfulness of things I prayed for. In 3 Nephi 18:20 it says, "And whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, which is right, believing that ye shall receive, behold it shall be given unto you." This is truth. I know my Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ love me. I have felt it, but more importantly, I AM A CHILD OF GOD. That statement in itself shows and tells me that I am loved and He loves ALL of us! This means everything to me. Without the gospel and the continued learning and light of Christ I try to develop, my life would be void of purpose and meaning. His purpose is Grand and His Plan for each of us is even greater than we can comprehend. And as human as I am, I hope and pray that I can reflect His light as He has done for me so many times.

How I live my faith

Faith is a priority to me. Even at a young age I felt the importance of my Heavenly Father in my life. Even though I've had struggles, I knew that I was never alone. I love to serve in church and feel the warmth and love that comes from it. Some callings I have had in the church have been easier than others, but each calling we as Latter-Day-Saints have makes the "puzzle" whole. Without a piece to the puzzle, things wouldn't be complete. So I have been grateful to serve in any capacity that I am called to do. I strive to reflect the Savior's light by choosing the right as best I can. I am continually growing and progressing in all aspects of my life. I know that our Heavenly Father answers prayers and is there for us. I have a great testimony of truth and The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints.

What is a “testimony” that Mormons speak of?

Testimony to me is Truth Known. At first when I started to gain a testimony, I "Believed" and then that Belief became Truth! Show more Show less

What do Mormons believe about the Holy Ghost? Who is the Holy Ghost?

The Holy Ghost has always been there for me, aka the Spirit. Through feeling a burning in my chest, a warmth in my soul, a tingle up my body the Spirit has manifested and taught me great truth. And knowing I have the Spirit with me, helps me also to know that I am NEVER alone. EVER. What a GREAT blessing!!! Show more Show less
