Hi I'm Brittany

I grew up in Upland, California. I'm a wife and mom of two girls. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I love singing and have traveled around the world getting to do so. I am a makeup artist and love getting to let my creativity flow in that area. I also love cooking, baking, crafting, and sewing. I'm not a pro at all of these yet, but I'm working to improve these skills. I got married in 2008. We had our daughters right away and I have been a stay at home mom ever since.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised in the Church. I wasn't a very disobedient child, but struggled with insecurities that led into my teen years. I knew the Church was true, but didn't have my own sure foundation. I relied more on the testimony of others. Throughout high school I struggled with self esteem more which led to some poor choices and behaviors. I struggled with friends in the Church and out. Once I graduated, I quickly began lowering my standards out of low self esteem. Thankfully before I went too far downhill, I met the man who is now my husband. I realized right a away (after our first date) that I deserved better and that I was going down the wrong road. We were later married in the St. George temple. Life has been harder than I ever imagined since then, but even in my lowest of times, the tiniest part of me has still managed to hold on to the Gospel. I used to say and think that my testimony was small and insignificant. And while it may not be as grand and powerful as others, I am grateful for the little part of me that has managed to stay strong in times of great hardship that had me broken in every other way.

How I live my faith

Recently I have served as a Cub Scout den leader over the Bears and as the choir director at church.
