Hi I'm Brenda

I grew up in Chile. I'm the wife of an amazing man and the mother of three beautiful girls. I am a youth leader and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am a homemaker. I love being a mom and volunteering at my girls' school. I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking for them. I love nature and really enjoy camping at our family's ranch.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the church to goodly parents. My home was a place of love and peace. My parents taught me the Gospel of Jesus Christ since I was very little which helped me obtain my own testimony of the church later in life. When I was about fourteen years old I read the entire Book of Mormon and I asked Heavenly Father about its truthfulness. The answer came as a warm feeling in my heart confirming that it truly is the word of God. I know without a shadow of a doubt that the Book of Mormon is another testament of Jesus Christ. I know that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints is the true church on earth today. I am so grateful for the Prophet Joseph Smith who restored the gospel of Jesus Christ in these latter days. I know he was called of God! I also know that just as in the days of Moses we have a living prophet today who guides us and tells us what God wants us to do. I know I am a precious daughter of a Heavenly Father who loves me and I know I will live with him again as long as I am obedient to his loving commandments. I was sealed for time and all eternity to my husband in the Santiago, Chile Temple. What a blessing it is to know that families can be together forever!!! I love the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It brings so much joy to our young family and I feel very blessed to be a member of his true church!!!

How I live my faith

In the church I am a leader of a group of young women ages 12-18. I help each girl prepare for her divine roles as a daughter, wife, mother, and leader. These young women are invited to arise and shine forth, that their light may be a standard for the nations. I feel very blessed to work with such fine group of girls who bring so much happiness to my life!
