Hi I'm Jerrine Beard

I was born and raised in Teton Valley Idaho in the shadows of the Teton Mountains. I'm a wife, mother and grandmother.

About Me

I'm married and have seven children. we have twentysix grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Gardening and preserving the fruits of my labor has been something I've enjoyed doing, sewing has also been part of my life. My husband and I enjoy four wheeling together, we also love to go fishing and camping. Picking wild berries in the mountains is a favorite pastime in the summer. Our Kitchen is a favorite place for our family to gather, we enjoy family time and family outings. Cooking has always been something I enjoy.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in the Gospel and I always knew that it was true. The Lord has shown me so many times His love for me by answering my prayers. Sometimes the answers are not in the way that I'm looking for them to be answered, the way I think they should be, but it is always in the way that is best for everyone in the end. I have felt His love and assurance when I've had struggle and trials in my life. This strengthens my love for Him and strengthens my testimony that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is true. I love my family deeply, and I know that through the power of God in the Temple we will be a family forever.

How I live my faith

I live my faith by serving in different capacities I'm called to. I've taught children songs about Jesus Christ's Gospel, I did that for years. I served with teenage girls. I was the leader over large groups of children as well. Sacrificing my time to do these things shows my love for Jesus Christ because I try to go and help others. I try to teach them to love Him also.
