Hi I'm AnaLuisa Campbell

I grew up in Texas. I will be serving a mission for 18 months starting November. I'm a mormon.

About Me

I have not as many hobbies as I would like but what I do like to do is swim and read only when the book is interesting for me. As of right now, I do not go to college because I am going on a mission in November and will not be able to attend college for 18 months, but when I do come back I will attend the college that I have already been accepted to.

Why I am a Mormon

Since I was born into the church at first I would just go because of my parents, but then I wanted to know for myself if the church was true so I began to read the Book of Mormon for myself and really read and not just skimmed it. After I started to read it I would pray and ask God if the book was all true and this feeling came over me that it was true. And that if I ever felt alone that He would also be there for me and comfort me and I know that all the pain that I have ever felt in my life and will, He has felt it also ans knows exactly what I'm going through.

How I live my faith

During the summer I used to go to a hospital and help the nurses and patients do whatever they would like me to do, even if that means bathe, feed, or clean them. During that time I learned that I loved helping people and making them happy. After that experience I found myself wanting to help people, so I wanted to be in the medical field, but didn't know exactly what field. But as I was was trying to figure it out, I was called to primary at church and went to help at nursery. The children have all taught me to have more patience and they are still teaching me many things even if they don't know it.
