Hi I'm Elder Cameron Lee

I am from Spokane Washington. I am currently serving a mission in The Last Frontier (AAM). I love adventure and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I love to play all kinds of games and sports including football, soccer, baseball, etc. I am the 5th kid in my family of 14. Family is really important to me. I absolutely love being in the outdoors especially being in Alaska. I enjoy fishing especially for Salmon. I love the mountains and enjoy the scenery. The mountains has always been a place where I could be to feel close to my Savior and my Father in Heaven through the beauty of his creation. I love serving the Lord.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born and raised into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Even though I had all the tools and my parents taught me, I too had to truly know for myself if the church was true. It was my choice and my choice alone. So I decided that I would dive into the Book of Mormon. Though consistent study and prayer and fasting, with a burning sensation in my heart, I knew the church had to be true. Now in trial and difficult times, I look back and reflect my feelings I had at my baptism and when I read my scriptures. I also receive witness of its divine truthfulness as I help others find the Gospel and assist them back into the fold of Christ who is our Shepard.

How I live my faith

I have served in many leadership positions in the church where I planned activities, services and passed along responsibilities to other members. My current calling in the church is being a full time missionary in which I have the wonderful opportunity to teach others of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and of the wonderful Atonement in which he suffered for us so that we could receive eternal life through our righteous living. I also have opportunities to serve the community as well as individuals or families who stand in need of help.
