Hi I'm Karly

I am from Las Vegas, NV. I love sports. My family is my whole world. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I played sports growing up and still love them to this day. Being outdoors is my favorite thing. Hiking, camping, fishing, riding, you name it I love it. I went to college and learned American Sign Language. I enjoy reading and writing. As of now I am a server at a restaurant. I have a few neices and nephews and they mean everything to me.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and I took that for granted until I was a teenager. Growing up I just went through the motions. My parents believed in this church so I went along with that. In high school I started doing my own things, trying to find out who I was. I made plenty of mistakes and had to learn lessons the hard way. I came to a point where I had no hope, I wasn't happy. I started to pray again, pleading with my Father in Heaven, to give me the desire to change my life. I started studying the scriptures and being engaged in church activities. Slowly over two years my heart began to be softened and I started to see the plan my Father in Heaven had for me. I relied on my Savior, Jesus Christ, who knew and felt everything I has been through because He suffered for me. Through His Atonement and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I have found hope in this life. This church saved my life and it is my payer that I can serve others and help them find their joy in life.

How I live my faith

My faith in the Lord Jesus Christ stems from service. I have seen in my life the change that occurs when we help those around us. If I can help one person realize their potential in this life I would be fulfilled. At this time it is my calling in the LDS church to go with the missionaries to teach people. To invite eveyone to come unto Christ.
