Hi I'm Spencer

I'm from Utah and love to play sports.

About Me

I have played sports my entire life and they are huge to me! I also love spending time with friends and family and especially just being outside. I am the second of four kids in my family. I am and Eagle Scout.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the gospel by righteous parents that have always raised me to Choose The Right. I am grateful for this blessing. The more I rely on the Lord, the more I can feel His presence in my life. I know that He helps me each and everyday in my life to become a better person and even in my everyday activities. I know that it is only through the Atonement of Jesus Christ we can return to live with our Heavenly Father someday. I am grateful for opportunities to help others Come Unto Christ and feel of His love.

How I live my faith

I have been blessed in many different aspects of my life, and especially blessed to have many different service opportunities. Through Young Men's activities as well as living the Gospel of Jesus Christ when I am on the soccer field. Often times, sports become very competitive but I always try to show respect for the other players whether my team wins or loses. There are many different opportunities to me to compliment other players and help someone up if they get knocked down. I have been blessed with this ability and have found that it helps me to reach my fullest potential as i am always trying to help others and become more Christlike. I also participated in my cities youth council and that provided many ways for me to serve. I believe that service is one of the best ways to serve our Savior Jesus Christ. He was the ultimate example of complete selflessness and giving and I know that through service I can grow closer to Him and feel His love more abundant in my life. I have been in numerous leadership positions in my ward (Deacons, Teachers, and Priest quorum presidencies) which have helped me to strive to help others more often that need help. It has been a great blessing for me in my life. I am currently serving an LDS mission in Rosario Argentina and am lucky to be a part of the Lord's work.
