Hi I'm Jake Anderson

I was born in Washington. I was raised in Utah. I am serving a mission in Rancho Cucamonga, California. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a recent high school graduate serving a mission. I enjoy amusement parks and good food. I plan on attending college at BYU, majoring in engineering.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the covenant to parents who are strong in their faith. My whole life, I attended church and participated in meetings. For the longest time, it was just a routine, something that I did because it was necessary. Then, when I was sixteen, things began to change. I found that I could not rely on the faith of others to get me through tough spots. That's when I began to take serious interest in the Gospel. Since then, I have committed myself to serving a full-time mission and strengthening my testimony.

How I live my faith

I am currently a full-time missionary in southern California. Prior to that, I served in leadership roles in deacon's, teacher's, and priest's quorums. I enjoyed our activities and loved the boys in my quorum.
