Hi I'm Skyler

I'm from Utah, I'm an avid hockey player and fan. I love installing car stereos. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm a total video game nerd. My interests are far and wide! I love playing hockey, I love installing and designing car stereo systems, and I love playing Minecraft with my friends! I'm 2 years into college pursuing a mechanical engineering degree. I love cars, my family, and my life!

Why I am a Mormon

I am a Mormon because of my faith and testimony in Jesus Christ and the modern day revelations handed down from Joseph Smith to President Monson. I am a Mormon because for me, I am a man driven by logic and organization, and the Church has so many things that just make organizational sense, and so many things that are driven by logic. I am a Mormon because I know that the entire LDS faith is built upon the love of families and that is something that I have cherished growing up in a tightly knit family. The love of my Heavenly Father makes so much sense when I compare it to the love my parents and family have for me, and the unconditional love I have for them.

How I live my faith

I eagerly engage in whatever callings that my church assigns me. My favorite thing to do is befriend and lift up the members in my ward, wherever I may be! I am a firm believer that everyone has certain talents and skills that other people can relate to, so if you share them you are bound to find someone nearby who is lifted up by your support. Going to elders quorum every week brings a sense of brotherhood between me and the men in my ward, and compels me to do service for people in need. Above all, I try to make everyone around me see how happy I am, and I try to share that happiness with others.
