Hi I'm Joe Hansen

I am currently serving an LDS mission in the Dominican Republic, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I am 18, and have just left out to the Dominican Republic to testify of Christ, and of His Gospel.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born to parents who were LDS, brought me to church, and taught me from the scriptures. I have applied the principles they have taught me, and I have seen the blessing from being obedient. I have read the Book of Mormon, and prayed about it to know if it is true. I received a witness from the Spirit of the truthfulness of the Gospel.

How I live my faith

In my youth, I served as a deacons quorum president. I have also served in the teachers and priests quorum presidencies. This service consisted of planning, organizing, and helping with activities that the group of boys my age and I participated in. I also had the opportunity to serve in my ward as a ward missionary. My responsibilities as a ward missionary include teaching the members of the ward similar to the way a missionary would teach a lesson.
