Hi I'm Jonah

I'm a student at Brigham Young University. I love nature and the great outdoors, and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I'm currently studying Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship at Brigham Young University. I love helping people and I love big ideas, and starting my own business one day is my long term love and goal. Exploring nature and the outdoors is my favorite way to spend down time; the more remote, the better. it was this love that drove me to become an eagle scout. It's also why i struggle to refrain from spending money and time on backpacking, running, and mountain biking equipment!

Why I am a Mormon

I love my family. They are some of my best friends and greatest examples. Through obedience to God's commandments, We have the gift of being a family forever- not just while we are here on earth. It is because of this that I have grown to love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day saints; I want together with my family forever. As I have grown up and had to make many (often difficult) decisions, the guidance and direction I have received through His Holy Spirit is priceless. I wouldn't have had so many of the (great) experiences, met as many (great) friends and have many of the (great) opportunities the Lord has blessed me with.

How I live my faith

Currently, I am preparing to serve as a Mormon missionary, proselyting and proclaiming the gospel full-time for two years. I also am an assistant scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America, teaching young boys both principles for adventures in the wilderness, as well as ethics and guidelines for life.
