Hi I'm Brandon

I grew up in Arizona. I am a college student and board game enthusiast. I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am a college student who attends college because I want to learn. I especially love history but am an engineering major to increase my chances at an actual job. I'm a bit of a news junkie who loves watching sports with my father and playing board games with my friends. Almost every Monday for the past few months, my friends and I have met up to play Risk or Dominoes. I would say that I have won more than I have lost but I would be lying. I like sports and played them in high school but was not big enough to continue them in college. I have recently taken up power lifting as a hobby and I love to read.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the Church, however I am a Mormon not because of that but because I have felt the spirit in my life. I have recognized how it has affected my life and those around me. I really believe being a Mormon kept me on the right path as I was growing up. I have seen some of my friends that did not have the church growing up and they did not always turn out as I had expected and I have no doubt that I would have turned out just like them without the gospel in my life. I know that this Church is the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and that it blesses me every day of my life.

How I live my faith

I am living my faith by trying to be as obedient to the commandments of Christ as I can. I have chosen to participate in my ward by going to church every Sunday as well as the the Ward get-togethers that occur every Monday night. It is a lot of fun and I have learned a lot from attending them.
