Hi I'm Charlotte

I love to bake, I play the cello, and I'm a Mormon!

About Me

I live in northern Utah. One of my favorite things to do is find new recipes (especially if they have scrumptious-looking pictures) of deserts and then make them. The results never last very long. :) I recently graduated from high school, and was planning to major in music education on the cello in college. I have been playing the cello for nearly a decade, and I have loved it! I am taking a break before college to serve a mission in the Philippines.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into a Mormon family, so I have been there all of my life. But I could leave this faith if I chose. The reason I have stayed is because of the joy and knowledge this gospel brings to me. I know that Jesus Christ did most surely atone for each and every one of our sins, and that He can always help us feel at peace and take away our guilt. He will never turn away, and is always waiting for us to reach up to Him.

How I live my faith

I am currently preparing to serve a mission in the Philippines for 18 months. I have prepared by reading my scriptures (The Book of Mormon and the Bible) every day, praying to my Heavenly Father morning and night, attending my church meetings and trying to get along with all who I come in contact with (including my family). I am doing my best to strengthen my testimony and relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ.
