Hi I'm Itzy

Bilingual, raised with different cultures, lover of life and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I was born to a festive, vociferous, and amazing Mexican family. I grew up loving and surviving my crazy family. I literally went everywhere with them, I'm not just talking about my parents and siblings, I'm talking about the whole enchilada which included my grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins, somehow related relatives, and friends that we adopted into the family. We are so close that if one of our relatives moved to a different state the rest would eventually move to the same state. I love dancing! I've learned to dance many Latin styles like merengue, salsa, bachata, cumbia, and flolklorico . I've also adopted some Polynesian culture by learning dance styles like Tahitain, Hawaiian, and Samoan. I'm very adventurous I'm always willing to try new things.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the LDS faith, we are commonly known as "Mormons", but I'm not a Mormon because I was born in the faith. I am a Mormon, because I developed my own testimony of the church. I cannot express how thankful I am to be Mormon. I have learned to be a leader, to truly love everyone, to find peace in the darkest times, to be happy, and follow Jesus Christ. I know my purpose in life and that makes it more enjoyable.

How I live my faith

Throughout my life I have learned to love serving others whether it's mowing lawns, babysitting, cooking a meal for a family, pulling weeds, or painting a house I would gladly volunteer. Starting at twelve years of age I became a leader to a group of young women. I would plan and organize activities where the young women had an opportunity to serve others and bond like sisters. I would sometimes give speeches to a strong multitude and in my speeches I would encourage the audience to love and serve all people.
