Hi I'm Casey

I was born in Montana, and raised in Colorado. I enjoy working on automobiles and being in the outdoors. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy working on automobiles and have placed well in several high school automotive competitions. I also enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and water sports. I like to go 4 wheeling in my pickup truck. I am currently serving a full time mission and I have put everything in my life on hold to share with others what I have come to find out is true. I am serving my mission in Vancouver, Washington.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised in the church. From when I was a kid I have never doubted the truth of the church. Even though I am far from perfect, I try to follow Jesus Christ's teaching and know that I am on the correct path. I gained a testimony of the Book of Mormon in high school. I read it and knew that it was true. I also know that Joseph Smith was a prophet and that the Lord did restore the full gospel back on the earth.

How I live my faith

While in high school I participated in early morning seminary. This is a religious youth class that is taught every school day before school. I have also held many leadership positions in the priesthood. I live my faith by trying to be an example of Jesus Christ. I am currently serving a full time mission and I love to spend my time serving others. We also share the Book of Mormon with others and invite them to read it and find out if it is true.

How are the activities of the Mormon missionaries funded?

I am currently serving as a full time missionary. We gladly serve at our own expense. We pay a set amount for every month of our mission and the church uses that money to provide us with food, transportation, and housing. Show more Show less
