Hi I'm Ric C.

I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I was born and grew up in Idaho.

About Me

I served a Spanish speaking mission when I was young and have served several missions with my wife. We both speak Spanish and love to serve within the Latin community.

Why I am a Mormon

I have seen the changes that have occurred within my own life and in the life of countless others because of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Gospel has made it possible for us to have an Eternal Family. This means a great deal to me. We have 10 children, two of which have already returned to their Father in Heaven. Knowing that we will be together again brings great comfort. I know that God lives and that Jesus Christ is His only Begotten Son. The Resurrection is real and I know that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Redeemer..

How I live my faith

I believe my faith us increased as I have served. Shortly following my full time mission as a youth: I was ordained a Seventy and served as a local missionary and Stake Mission president during the 10 years I was a Seventy. I was then ordained a High Priest and have served in many different capacities within the Church. My wife and I served for 27 months in the Hispanic Initiative in Salt Lake City. We then served twice in South America.
