Hi I'm Austin Sork

I'm a son, brother, missionary, and friend. I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love being active and working hard. The value of hard work is something I was taught at a young age and I love things that challenge my mind and body mentally and physically. I come from a family of six and I love them with all of my heart. I'm so grateful for my parents that have helped me become who I am today and I can never thank them enough.

Why I am a Mormon

Because of my faith I'm happy, I love who I am- a child of God, and I know my purpose in life- to return and live with him again. The confidence and assurance this provides is unsurpassed by anything else. Because of the teachings of the gospel I know what Christ wants for me, and I have a desire to become like Him. I know that it is only through the mercy and grace of Jesus Christ that I am saved, and oh, what joy this sentence gives- "I know that my Redeemer lives!"

How I live my faith

Currently I'm serving a mission and that's living and breathing my faith day in and day out. I've never been happier than I am right now and it's because I'm constantly in the service of my fellow beings and my God. I try and live every aspect of my faith, because I want to become more like Jesus Christ. I know that as I develop Christ-like attributes and become more like him that I'll be happier and be able to better help those I come into contact with.

What will the Mormon missionaries talk about when they visit my home?

Austin Sork
Our missionary purpose is to bring others closer to Jesus Christ. Missionaries do this by teaching the message of the restored Gospel and what God's plan is for every one of us. They help others develop faith in Jesus Christ, Repent, be baptized, receive the Holy Spirit, in order to live a long, fulfilling, and righteous life. Show more Show less
