Hi I'm Matt

I grew up in England and have lived here my whole life. I'm preparing to serve a full time mission and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I enjoy to build and paint models, participating in martial arts and talking with and helping my friends. I have finished college and school and thinking about a university course that I would be good at and would help me find a job that I would enjoy in the future. I am currently doing the Duke Of Edinburgh award scheme and have completed several of the sections already including the expedition, physical and skills and I am preparing and will soon serve a full time mission in Sweden!

Why I am a Mormon

I was born into the church and have grown up with it, I agreed to be baptized at 8 years old and I believe the church is true and found it out for myself through prayer and attending the meetings and by trying to live in accordance to the church's teachings. One of the times I knew without a doubt the church was true was when I was at a youth convention and people were bearing their testimonies and I felt a huge warmth in the room and could not deny that this was untrue because of the testimonies of these people no older than 18.

How I live my faith

I attend my local ward and serve and help the local missionaries as a ward missionary, teach a childrens class and help and arrange activities for other young single adults in the ward. I have helped in all of these area's for over a year now and I enjoy doing these things, we have film nights with the other young single adults, faith in god activities for the children and I enjoy helping the missionaries on teaches and service projects they might have.
