Hi I'm Clark

I'm a college student, a ukulele player, a diver, an artist, and I am a Mormon.

About Me

I am from Salt Lake City, Utah. I am currently serving a mission in Barranquilla, Colombia. I am a student at Brigham Young University Provo. I was on my high school's Dive team. I play the ukulele. I like to draw. I have 5 younger siblings. I grew up mostly in Gilbert, Arizona.

Why I am a Mormon

I have been raised by loving and faithful parents into the church, and have followed its precepts since I was a young child. I have been blessed by my Heavenly Father to have been presented with all that the Church teaches, and to have grown a strong belief early in my life. As I progressed in understanding and gained experience following the teachings of God through his prophets, I arrived at a crucial point for anyone who has truly desired to come to a knowledge of what they have learned. I desired not only to believe on their words, but to be shown that through my experiences all I had been taught was correct. My conversion occurred in that selfsame moment, and continues to be highlighted daily as I witness the plan that so perfectly directs my life for the better. I am a child of God, I am the product of that great Eternal Author who selflessly blesses my life beyond my own comprehension. The church has helped shape my life into something I hope can share with others. True happiness is most definitely achievable, and we are given so much more than we can ever repay to Jesus Christ our Savior or our Father In Heaven. I am a Mormon because of what I have been given. I stay true to my faith because I hope that I can share what has given me so much happiness to those around me.

How I live my faith

I believe the church is all about change for the better as we progress to become like our Savior and brother Jesus Christ. That change or conversion happens on a sacred personal basis within each of us as we strive to follow His perfect example. This rings true in me, as I have felt true conversion in the forms of fervent and frequent prayer and scripture study. God, our Eternal Father in Heaven, has not abandoned anyone in this age or any other. He loves us deeply and unconditionally despite our flaws because he is our father. It is my great privilege to share that message to the world as a representative of the true church, and to dedicate all I can to help further His work here on Earth bringing others to the pure joy that can only come through His true Gospel on earth.
