Hi I'm Jessica

I love agriculture, volleyball, basketball and my family. I am very grateful for so many things. I am a Mormon and I love it!

About Me

I am a small town country girl. I was raised in the gospel and with the animals. I have worked at a vet clinic for the past two summers and I absolutely loved it! I love plants too. For FFA my team took state in Range Judging and went back to Nationals in Oklahoma City. It was a great experience. My family raises a very large garden, which consists of 2 greenhouses and the rest of our property without animals on it. I make baked goods to sell at our local Farmer's Market. I make a ton of pies. It is great! I show hogs and steers for our Livestock show. We have a dogie calf, chickens, horses, pigs, and cats. I am very grateful for what I have been blessed with.

Why I am a Mormon

I am very grateful to be a Mormon because it gives me hope. I lost my oldest brother 5 years ago, and because of the Plan of Salvation I know I will see him again. I know that the Lord has a plan for each of us and that he loves each one of us and wants the best for us. Sometimes he allows us some dang steep hills in our lives, this is only to help each of us grow into our potential greatness. I know that if we endure these trials well, the Lord will help shape us into the people he needs us to be. I know that the atonement also allows us to live with Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ again by giving us the opportunity to repent of our wrong doings and being able to have a clean slate. I am eternally grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that if we heed the counsel of the prophet we will be blessed.

How I live my faith

I have had many opportunities to serve in the church. I just transferred my records from my home ward to my singles ward, so I am not currently serving in a certain calling. I helped teach 5-7 year olds this past year. It was such a wonderful opportunity for me. I am grateful for their innocent and pure souls. I also served by leading the music in our Sacrament meetings. It was easy once you got the hang of it.
