Hi I'm Zack

I grew up in Utah. I travel internationally for humanitarian work, I'm 17 and I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I love to be outside in nature, playing sports or working on old cars. My favorite hikes in Utah are to Stuart falls, or really anywhere in Moab. I play lacrosse and football, I'm a senior so it's my last year of high school sports. My favorite cars are OLD cars, right now I'm working on a 1951 Dodge Meadowbrook, it's an old grandpa car as I describe it. My dream car though is a 1969 Mach 1 Mustang! My all time favorite thing though is animals, especially exotic ones! I have a pet red fox right now, but I have had monkeys, toucans, ant eaters and even alligators! I am grateful for an adventurous family that shares my similar interests. I have 3 brothers and 1 sister, despite being young she seems to control the house. That's Pretty much it.

Why I am a Mormon

Although I was born into a mormon family, I am now a senior in high school and have made a personal decision that this is true church. I choose to attend this church because I have prayed about what church to attend (James 1:5) and received personal revelation that this is exactly where I am supposed to be. I love the teachings of eternal families and modern days prophets. With such a crazy world around us, sometimes all I can do is have faith that no matter what if I follow the prophets council and teachings i will make it back to live with family again. this alone keeps me motivated to endure to the end through the most diffuse of times, I Love Jesus Christ and testify he atoned for every single sin I have every committed or have yet to commit, I Love my family and want to spend time and all eternity with them. That is why I am a mormon.

How I live my faith

Every day I get to exercise my calling in church at the local high school and seminary building (a place where LDS kids or non members can learn more about the LDS church) . I simply smile and wave to everyone I see, I also reach out to kids by invitations to seminary activities and devotionals. Although I fall short in callings I do my very best!
