Hi I'm Karen Roblyer
I live in Taylorsville Utah. I love my family, I have five married children, 20 grandchildren, one great grandchild.
About Me
I'm a grandma of twenty grandchildren and one great grandchld. I love to have family activites and I also like to scrapbook. Before I retired I worked for a local school district, first as an aid to kids with disabilities, then as a secretary.
Why I am a Mormon
I am a Mormon because when I strive to live the principals of our religion I can feel the presence of the Savior around me. I love my family and the Mormons believe in strong family ties. Even when I am faced with challenges in life, when I stay close to my beliefs I feel a strong comforting spirit around me.
How I live my faith
I try to live my faith by being a good example and citizen in my community. I am going to serve a mission for my church, but before we were called to do that I taught a class on Sundays to all the adults in our ward. I love to help organize activities in our ward and help with the parties. In our community I spear head a "street block" party every month during the summer. It's a fun way to socialize with our friends and neighbors. The street parties have been going on for a few years and what better way to get to meet the people in our community.
