Hi I'm Marshall

I'm a Mormon.

About Me

I've always been interested in Sports. I enjoyed playing basketball and lacrosse in my youth. I've started to realize how much of the world I don't know as I started college, but that just interests me further to understand life around me and how we use so many complex systems to travel, eat, and communicate with. Life has so much to give.

Why I am a Mormon

I was raised in a non-traditional lds family. My mom took my sister and I to church every Sunday, but my Dad never came. I know how I feel when I'm at church, or while reading the scriptures, or listening to church leaders. I feel at peace, and I feel love from my Heavenly Father. He understands where I'm at in life, and he accepts my weaknesses as long as I strive to do my best. Jesus Christ is my savior, he is my light. I know my Dad has seen what kind of person I've become, and I know he knows this church is true. I live in hope for the day I'm at church with him, but I strive to help those around me who need me as well.

How I live my faith

I have always loved to go to the temple. It's a place of sacred importance in my life. I try to invite the younger men in my ward to come with me often, and it really connects us. I knew there were people who needed me personally so I sent in my mission papers and have been called to serve.
