Hi I'm Julio

I grew up in the u.s. near the border of my hometown. I love to be multicultural. Im a Mormon

About Me

My goal in life is to make other people happy. I Love to learn new things everyday, as well as meeting new people. I live in a town filled with history and culture, where my friends and I play music, we like to play the Ukulele, I also play the mandolin.

Why I am a Mormon

I was born in the Church by goodly parents, and I was raised in a good environment, my parents read to us bible, and Book of Mormon stories when I was a litle kid. I enjoy reading the Book of Mormon because I learn something new from it every time that I read it.

How I live my faith

I use my spare time to help other people every thanksgiving day during the thanks giving parade I volunteer with other members of the church by keeping the streets of the parade clean, I also work in Scouting, my greatest wish is to teach others of the beautiful blessings that somebody can receive when they practice their faith by helping others, no matter who they are or where they come from.

What is the Atonement of Jesus Christ? Why was it necessary for Jesus Christ to sacrifice His life?

Jesus Christ is our heavenly father's son in the flesh. Before coming to this earth we all lived as spirits in the presence of our heavenly father, we were not however like our heavenly father because we did not possess a body of flesh and bone. God created a plan for us to gain a body, this plan is centered in Jesus Christ. The purpose of Jesus coming to this world was for him to pay for our sins (The atonement). The atonement took two parts, the first one took place in the garden of Gethsemane, were he suffered for the sins of the world, the second part took place during his Crucifixion in Calvary. He passed away and resurrected after the third day. By the means of his atonement we can now resurrect as he did if we take his name and follow his gospel. Show more Show less
