Hi I'm Jared Constantine

I grew up and still live in Southern Alabama. And I've grown up and still am a Mormon :)

About Me

I'm currently 19 years old and I'm prepaing for my mission next week (going to Colorado Springs). I love music, I play the alto sax and piano. I'm involved in Scouting, especially the Order of the Arrow (Souting's National Honor Society). I love serving in the church and doing things that please my Father in Heaven, even when it's hard. I know that God loves me, is aware of me, and does things for my best interests, even when I don't see it.

Why I am a Mormon

Like many people, I've been raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints. And, like many people, I've come to know of myself of its reality and divinity through personal prayer, scripture study, and keeping the commandments.

How I live my faith

Being a Mormon opens up alot of opportunities to serve, which blesses my life beyond measure. Among other things I help prepare, bless, and/or pass the sacrament (or communion as many people refer to it) each Sunday. I play hymns for the third hour of church and teach the lesson in that hour. After Church, our family feeds the missionaries lunch (They're so cool!). After that, I may go out visiting with the missionaries, depending on time and their schedule. We attend church 100 miles away from our house. There is a mormon church alot closer, but go to assist in a small congregation 100 miles away. Our family has been asked by inspired church leaders to help strengthen that congregation. On Tuesdays, I participate in a night class devoted to studying the word of God and a Thurdsay night class is devoted to mission preparation.
